Don Sundgaard

Board of Directors

Don Sundgaard has been a chicken producer and grain farmer for 35 years, operating near Standard, AB. He was a Delegate for 20 years and then was elected as a Director in 2003. Currently, he serves as Board Chair and Chair of the Compensation Committee. In 2000, he became a Director representing the Poultry industry on the Alberta Live-stock Industry Development Fund Board. Don was also a member of the Alberta Chicken Board. Don has held senior management positions in other industries, including 12 years as the General Manager of a publicly traded fertilizer company.
