NEW ROAST & BOAST FROM LILYDALE REALLY IS THE PERFECT TURKEY MADE EASY
Edmonton, AB, September 6, 2007 – Lilydale has recently launched an innovative new turkey product for Thanksgiving called Roast & Boast. “Roast & Boast is the perfect golden brown turkey that you would expect Mom to make, but without all the work to prepare. Roast & Boast is a whole, frozen turkey, between 5-7 kg in size, pre-seasoned and pre-basted and it comes in its own roasting jacket. “It’s so easy”, says Thompson, “Roast & Boast goes directly from freezer to oven with no thawing or handling required. You don’t even have to touch the turkey!” Roast & Boast cooks in its own roasting jacket to seal in flavour and ensure a tender, juicy turkey. Just cut a few venting holes in the roasting jacket and pop it in the oven for 4-5 hrs at 180 degrees C.
